About the Artist
I have been painting in watercolour for about 15 years. Although mostly self-taught, I have taken many classes at Dundas Valley, Arrowmont (Tennessee), and Southampton Schools of Art. My inspiration primarily draws from my rural surroundings on the beautiful Niagara Escarpment, and my concerns around the encroachment of the urban upon the rural environment. I also love to paint urban scenes and animals from my extensive travels abroad.
