About the Artist
I was born in N. Ireland and came to Canada in 1979. My interest in art started in textiles, weaving, tapestries. When I retired from our family business in 2002, I attended art classes at the Art Gallery of Ontario. I strongly believe in the important of art collectives so I have been a member of many in many 'help' roles. Currently living in Georgetown and member of Fasm, Credit Valley Artistans and Pastel artists Canada. I work in oils for plein air works, pastels, watercolour and inks. I can be found out with artist friends in Halton Hills Parks, once a week from Spring to Fall.
